READ all of this before taking any actions. Instructions are for Windows XP only! Links to the files are at the bottom!
If you are going to do a complete new install; remove all Nero programs from the Add and Remove programs list in the Control Pannel. BUT first make sure you have your Nero Key/s.
Then after removing all Nero Product use the General-Clean Tool; restart the computer anytime it is sugguested.
(If you are just going to do an update you do not need to do the above. I normally do an update unless I am having issues with NERO programs; this way you do not have to re-enter the key.)
Install NERO-6.x.x.x followed by NERO-6.x.x.x_eng ; then start up NERO and put in your KEY might ask for the key during installation. This way you will not have problems for NVE does not ask for the key.
Install NVE-3.x.x.x followed by NVE-3.x.x.x_eng . Note: your key should show up when installing NVE.
Follow with NVE2content then NVE3content.
I would then install the WMAPlugin if you want (I think you only need to install it when the version number changes or when you do a complete un-install of all Nero products).
I do not use the other NERO programs so you are on your own with them.
